When concrete fails, the quotes usually come in two flavors. One contractor wants to demolish the slab and pour a new one on the base that is already there. Another decides the ground underneath has failed too, so everything gets dug out and rebuilt from the dirt up. Different scopes, same story for you: heavy equipment, long closures, and paying again for a structure you already paid for once.

There is a third option. Restoration repairs what actually failed and protects the rest: full-depth patching where it is needed, sealed joints, and coatings engineered for freeze-thaw. Done right, it costs a fraction of replacement and puts the surface back to work in days, not weeks.

We will tell you plainly when restoration is the wrong call. If a slab is past saving, you will hear that from us first.
